About Dr. José Araújo
A physician for over 35 years, Dr. José de Almeida Araújo Neto built a solid career in cardiology, with residencies in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, a master's degree in Internal Medicine, and specialist certifications. In 2012, he also began dedicating himself to Integrative Functional Medicine.
In his everyday practice, he combines the rigor of evidence-based medicine with integrative therapies, always looking for the cause behind the symptoms. Every person is followed individually, with attention to metabolism, hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Much of this training was deepened in the United States, where he completed the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) fellowships in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and in Sports Medicine, adding more than twelve international certifications.
